Enzyme Productions Store: Instructions

When using the Enzyme Productions store (www.enzyme-pro.com/store/) please follow the following instructions:

1. Scroll down to the product or products you want to order, and type the number you want to order in the "Order Quantity" text box. Enzyme Productions is not set up to process bulk orders. Quantities of 10 or less per product please. This website is not dynamic, so the amount in stock may not be accurate if, for example, I receive multiple orders in one day. I won't mail you a product that I do not have in stock.
   
   
2. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will see text boxes asking for your information, including name, address, and email. Please fill out the form in full.
   
   
3. Click the "Review Order" button. You will see a large text box containing your order. This is not a receipt; the receipt will come in the mail, provided the order can be processed. Please review the information in this text box and make sure it's accurate. Feel free to add comments to this text box, but please note that I may not be able to fulfill special requests, and will do so at my sole discretion. For example, if you want U.S. Post Office Priority Shipping, and you ordered two CDs, I can probably change the shipping and handling fee. Just ask. (Priority Shipping uses a flat-rate envelope, and I can comfortably fit two CDs in it.)
   
   DO NOT REMOVE ANY OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION YOU ENTERED EARLIER or I cannot process your order.
   
   DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMAT OF THE TEXT or I cannot process your order. If required information is inaccurate or missing, or if the format is incorrect, I will email you and request the information from you, if you've entered a valid email address. Please note, this will delay your order.
   
   YOU MUST ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE EMAIL BOX OR I CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER. Please note: unless you specify otherwise, I will not use your email address for anything except processing your orders, and will not sell or distribute your email address to any third party. For example, if you indicate you wish to receive email updates, I will send you email updates.
   
   
4. Click the "Submit Order" button. This will automatically send me an email the body of which contains exactly the text you see in the "Order Review" text box, no more no less. If any needed information is absent, I cannot process your order.
   
   
5. Within one to two business days, if Enzyme Productions is currently processing orders (I usually am), you will receive an email invoice via Google Checkout. Pay the requested amount in full, and then I will mail you your products that are in stock as soon as I can (within 1-2 business days). Your packing slip will serve as your receipt. Please note, I normally ship First Class via the U.S. Postal Service, which ships in 3-5 business days, unless we agree otherwise. Any other method of shipment may change the price of shipping and handling.
